About Cherished Teddies

When Priscilla Hillman designed her first collection of Cherished Teddies in the early 1990s, little did she realise that two decades later there would be thousands of collectors worldwide who are captivated by the adorable bears. The Cherished Teddies Club was formed in 1994 to provide a forum for the enthusiastic fans and through the quarterly magazine, The Town Tattler, collectors learn about the latest launches as well as the membear-only bears.

Priscilla’s designs are inspired by her fond memories of childhood and by much cherished and well worn teddy bears. She infuses each new Teddie with an individual personality and charm and it is this which appeals so strongly to collectors and gift givers alike. Cherished Teddies has become a family affair as Glenn now works alongside his mother creating and developing each new design.
